We work with state-of-the-art technology and highly qualified employees to always offer our customers the best quality and high dimensional accuracy. Our thickness tolerance in forging is 0.4 mm. But by calibrating we can reduce this tolerance to 0.1 mm – 0.2 mm, depending on customer requirements and material. For this we use several toggle presses as well as screw presses in different sizes. In addition to dimensional accuracy, we also achieve optimum straightness and parallelism of the workpieces through calibration. For some customers, we also offer the possibility of engraving lettering – mostly on customer request and as far as technically possible. In this way, we can offer you an individual and customized solution that is tailored exactly to your requirements.
