Depending on customer requirements and material, we use different processes. For the normalization of your materials we use the continuous furnace or the chamber gas furnace. Here, the material is controlled, heated and slowly cooled to stabilize and homogenize it. In this way, we can ensure that the materials are optimally prepared for further processing. If you require additional quenching and tempering of your forgings, we work with several external partners for this purpose. They are specialized in the special quenching and tempering of materials and guarantee the highest quality and precision.
