Our company specializes in the production of slit pieces from bar and flat materials such as C45, C60 and 31CrV3. The first value-added step in our production is the slitting of 6-7 meter long bar steels. Here the materials with diameters from 9mm to 30mm are transformed into a split piece. We also process flat materials with thickness from 6.5mm to 22mm and width from 80mm up to 220mm. Our slitting process guarantees precise, efficient and, above all, material-friendly processing. Due to the cold shearing, the material is not heated, which leads to a high stability of the split piece. It is crucial that the weight, shape and dimensions of the split piece are perfectly matched in order to achieve an optimum result.
